Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Shanubogh Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") for your use of DramaStudioAI (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give accurate details and keep your email address up to date.

2. Plans, credits and payment

  • Access is sold as plans through third-party marketplaces. The price, what is included and any guarantee are shown on the purchase page at the time you buy.
  • Generating images, voices, music and video uses credits. The cost is shown before you confirm. Credits for a job that fails are returned automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred except through the agency sub-account tools.
  • We may set fair-use limits, such as a daily cap on video renders, to keep the service stable for everyone.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of what you put in and what you create with the service, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers that generate your results.
  • You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to anything you upload, including photos and voices of real people.
  • AI output can resemble other works and may be inaccurate. Review everything before you publish it.

4. What you must not do

  • Create or publish content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or hatred, harasses people, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Use a real person's face, name or voice without their permission, or to mislead people about what they said or did.
  • Send spam, or use the comment and message tools in ways that break Facebook, Instagram or YouTube rules.
  • Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around credit, plan or safety limits.
  • Resell or share access except through the agency, white label and reseller features we provide.

We may block content, pause features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Social platforms and other third parties

Posting and comment tools depend on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. When you connect an account you must follow that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Those platforms and the AI providers can change, limit or withdraw what they offer at any time, and a feature that depends on them may change or stop as a result. We are not responsible for actions they take on your accounts.

6. Agency sub-accounts and white label

  • If you create sub-accounts, you are responsible for the people you give access to and for their use of the service.
  • Sub-account holders accept that the agency owner can change their plan, credits, password and access, including an end date.
  • If you use white label, you are responsible for your own brand, domain, customer support and any promises you make to your customers.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features, and will try to give notice of changes that significantly reduce what you paid for.

8. No guarantee of results

We do not promise any number of views, followers, sales or income. See the Disclaimer.

9. Our rights

The software, design, templates and brand of the service belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if payment is reversed, or if we must do so by law. When an account ends, its content may be deleted.

12. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims and costs that arise from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
