Data Deletion

You can remove your data from DramaStudioAI at any time. This page covers data from your DramaStudioAI account and data we received when you connected Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.

Remove a connected Facebook, Instagram or YouTube account

• Sign in, open Post Scheduler, and press Disconnect next to the account. This deletes the stored access tokens, the scheduled posts for that account and the comments we stored for them.
• You can also remove our access from the platform's side: in Facebook under Settings, Business Integrations, or in your Google account permissions.

Delete specific content

Dramas, characters, voices, locations and media files each have a delete button inside the studio.

Delete your whole account

• Send a request from the email address on your account using the Contact page, asking for your account to be deleted.
• If your account is a sub-account, your agency owner can also delete it from their Agency page.

What gets deleted, and when

• We delete your profile, your dramas and libraries, your media files, connected-account tokens, scheduled posts and stored comments.
• We confirm by email once it is done, normally within 30 days of the request.
• Posts already published stay on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube until you delete them there.
• Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
